Disrupt - Day 22
March 22 - Be filled with the Spirit. (Ephesians 5:18)
What does this verse tell us? We can get unfilled. Like an empty gas tank in your car, your spiritual life cannot run on empty. You need daily filling.
My FJ Cruiser is a gas hog, and it’s also a daily reminder of my own life. I need a daily fill up.
How do we fill up? It begins with spending intentional time with God–reading His Word and praying to Him.
Less than two weeks from now is Easter. I encourage you to read through the days of Jesus before his crucifixion and resurrection! You could begin in Mark 11, reading one short story in the morning and one in the evening. Then pray to the Lord, sharing what stands out to you and asking him to teach you more.
Maximize the time the Lord has given you. Be filled with the Spirit today!
Prayer Prompt: Father, please fill me with the Spirit today! I yield to Him and I choose to walk in Him.
